How to measure
Length. From the highest point of the shoulder down to the hem.
Chest. Lay it flat, measure straight across from armpit to armpit.
Shoulder. Seam to seam across the back.
Sleeve. From the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve.

Not if you're gentle with it. Wash cold, inside out, and hang it to dry, and it keeps the exact fit it arrived with.
